Cute place, rest area in the lobby and the staff was great and really helpful. They mage sure our lugage were going to arrive at our next hotel on time even if we had past the time at which we had to deposit them. In the room itself there was a little foldable table so its not always in the way. the shower was very big and an actual big bath seperate from the shower. My partner who’s tall (and he did fit in the bath) has tattoos so he could not go in the onsen from our previous hotel so it at least gave him at least something decent to relax. Also Face masks available in the self serve amenities which was great and definitely a plus. Bath bombs were available at a very low cost (50-200yen).Apps such as Netflix available on tv (not necessary but nice to have if you like watching tv before you go to bed)

Four types of breakfast are available (japanese style, japanese beef curry, chicken salad with soup and bread, sandwich with avocado, egg and tomato with soup and some fruit). Breakfast type can be changed every day. In addition, granola and cornflakes are available on the bar and you can eat them with cold milk or yogurt (as much as you want). Location is available by bus, second station from Osaka train and bus station (bus station is 2-3 minutes on foot from the hotel). Rooms are quite spatious for japanese standards. The room has refrigerator, kettle, hair straightener. In the lobby guests can use coin washing machine, free microwave, there are free toothbrushes etc. and free drinks (tea, coffee, lemonade...)

This hotel was a boutique type of hotel which is very popular with foreign tourists as evidenced by the different faces at breakfast each morning. It has everything you need that a larger chain hotel would provide. The staff at the hotel are great and a special mention and thank you goes to a lady named Munemori who was on top of her service. I have travelled a lot and this young lady who was on the front desk had the rare ability to quickly understand my questions and give clear answers even allowing for the language barrier of Japanese to English. She would make a great manager. The hotel is within a easy walk of the main Umeda Osaka train station and a large arcade that has a huge variety of food options.

Seems like a fairly new hotel. I loved how clean and spacious the room felt—larger than most hotels, with space under the bed to store luggage making it feel even roomier! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they let us store our luggage when we arrived early. Another plus is the bathroom layout. It’s similar to a typical Japanese home, with a separate shower and large bathtub with a seating area. I felt like I was in a sauna and the bathroom felt super spacious. The location is great, though it’s about a 1 km walk to surrounding metro and train stations. But the walk is pleasant and I enjoyed strolling to Umeda Station, passing by shopping malls and streets on the way back to the hotel.

You get the sense of a really well run hotel here. Everything is catered for, from free snacks, drinks and toiletries to the very nice breakfast. The room was cleverly designed to make the most of the space with a sliding door between the bedroom section and the hallway/bathroom/toilet. This made it cozy space. Spotlessly clean as well, with lots of light from the windows (something often lacking in other places we stayed in). Located in a quieter area on the edge of the bustle of Umeda.
